From the very first meeting, we were most impressed. “Compassionate” is not just the name of the company, it is what they do and it is who they are. Every single caregiver was prompt, professional, confident, well-trained, and genuinely concerned. We felt loved and well cared for at every visit. Would highly recommend!

Compassionate Caregivers has an all star team. Jessie was incredible taking care of my grandparents. When we had any questions, Karen at the office helped us right away.

The entire experience with Compassionate Caregivers was amazing. This family-run company truly treats your loved ones like family. From the very first phone call I made, I felt heard. Debbie & Jessie came to the hospital to meet my father & get to know him so they could provide him (& us) with the best, personalized care possible upon his discharge. They have a tremendous team of true professionals. I highly recommend.

If anyone is looking for a great company to help take care of their loved ones like they would take care of their own, it would be Compassionate Caregivers. The owner and her staff are wonderful and very helpful. The staff at Compassionate Caregivers goes above and beyond to make sure not only the Caregivers needs are meet and taken care of but their Clients as well. They are the best home care around I highly would recommend them to any and everyone. Thanks Compassionate Caregivers for all you have done and continue to do.

My mom had recently fallen and broken her hip. She spent nearly six weeks being hospitalized and in a skilled nursing facility. When her insurance would no longer cover the expense of the skilled nursing facility, she reluctantly returned home to her senior living facility. She required assistance for essentially every aspect of daily living. I was told about Compassionate Caregivers and contacted them to see if they would be able to provide the assistance that my mother needed once she returned home. Within two days, Compassionate Caregivers were able to schedule round the clock care beginning the moment my mom returned to her home. The caregiver’s presence gave my mother the peace of mind that she needed knowing that her needs would met and she would not be alone. The caregivers not only gave her companionship during her period of transition, but also gave assistance with every aspect of her daily living. The caregivers all kept very detailed notes about her condition, her needs, and her care which was not only helpful for me, but was also helpful in providing valuable information for the caregiver who would be working the following shift. A caregiver would never leave their shift until their replacement had arrived.
Compassionate Caregivers is a family owned business. I was met initially by one of the owners who was very thorough in explaining the level of care that they were able to provide and to answer all of my questions. The same owner was at my mother’s home with her first caregiver when my mom arrived from the skilled nursing facility to make sure that the transition went smoothly and to make sure that we did not have any additional questions.
I was always able to speak with someone (even after hours and on weekends) to address any questions or concerns that I had. The owners were extremely flexible with regards to scheduling to meet my needs…even with very short notice. The caregivers were all extremely well trained and very professional.
My mother has now reached a level of independence where she does not require such an intensive level of care. I would not hesitate to use Compassionate Caregivers again if the need arises. I would HIGHLY recommend Compassionate Caregivers for anyone who is looking for assistance, companionship, and/or care.

This place is so unprofessional!! They literally shared my medical records with the receptionist staff. Everyone in the practice knew about my medical situation and they discuss you behind your back. I heard them when they were not aware that I hadn’t left yet. So very disappointing and unprofessional. I have been going here for years and the staff is not what they use to be. They are not even pleasant or nice. They don’t follow up with medication refill request. They don’t call you back in a timely manner and on several occasions they have been very rude, especially office manager Missy. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here. In addition, There is no collaboration happening with this staff regarding your medical care if you try to speak up for your own medical care, they will discharge you from the practice. So if you decide to go here please know that you can’t say anything about anything they are doing or not doing because they will just dismiss you. So sad that this office has changed so much over the years. I use to enjoy seeing Dr. Megan Bosson and felt that she truly cared about me. After she left from seeing people in the office and only does telehealth, things around the office changed for the worst. I was told to see another Doctor in the office and when I asked Dr. Sara Sargent if I could go back to see Dr. Megan Bosson who I had been seeing for 9 years, she said sure and then left from office and discharged me from the practice. I have asked to speak with my doctor Megan Bosson and she has not been given the messages from the staff. they won’t allow me to speak with my doctor. So crazy right !!! So disappointing that there is no quality care here anymore. I feel mistreated and I would Not recommend this practice to anyone

This place has put themselves on the front line of Covid 19. Something most doctors offices won’t do. This is a place that cares about people.

Wonderful experience working with Lashionn , Very knowledgeable and helpful picking out a wheeled walker. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs mobility help. Large selection in bright, clean showroom.

Rick was amazing at greeting us. We had to wait a little for the main guy to come in to put mom’s back wheels on. While waiting, he offered us snacks and was just so kind and nice to talk to! It was a nice place to go to and really clean!

We went in during the Microsoft glitch, even then Rick was so nice and the staff was so friendly. Both was smiling ear to ear and we had a good conversation with them. They were eager to fill our needs and you couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Met Rick at my community. He dropped off pamphlets, cookies for my staff and incredible information about their products. His personality was amazing and he was super informative . As a DON, it was nice for him to take not only an interest in my residents but also myself . I can not wait to send business his way.
