Just tried to contact them for a simple problem i have and the lady on the phone wouldnt let me explain what i was calling for to make sure she understood me and she just kept on asking her routine questions and she ended up sending the information that i needed to a wrong address only because she didnt want to listen to my question asking her what was the addressom file to make sure it was the right one. Until.she send it them she told me what the address was so i told her to let people talk and hear them out if they want to help someone. So she just said have a good day bye.

Consumer hotline is extremely rude and demeaning. Unable to offer any help and left to suffer.
I’d give a minus, they don’t have it! Hung up on/disconeccted after 2 hours of holding. The most I’ve waited was 3 hrs and 20 mins. And actually made it through. If you call early, after collecting your stats, tells us too busy, call back later.😡Government needs to fix all of this for it’s people! Absurd 😒😳
With one of the main demographics for Medicaid being the elderly, it astonishes me how hard they push to use the online portal, which is NOT user friendly. This is the most confusing and hard to use online platforms, let alone the fact it is extremely outdated. We submitted documents and uploaded information and no one has reviewed my grandmother’s case in over 4 weeks. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone over the phone, because all they do is push you to use the online system which again is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to use. I was on hold at one point for 3 hours, and when encouraged to use their fax, it wasn’t working. My grandmother also signed for me as an authorized user, but again since no one has checked her case in over 4 weeks, every time I try to call no one will assist me. This is an extreme disservice to those in need who truly rely on Medicaid.
I have ptsd and medical needs for life . I got put on insurance. It was good it 2018 , the state has gone down since . I medical suppose to have to pairs cause of damage and nerve damage . They are so cheap quality and never have and Dtrs in centerville or Kettering . They made it not simple . Dtrs and exc price have gone up. State needs to pay . I don’t have proper eye wear cause no proper dtr in a safe neighborhood. Family would take me but they don’t pay enough for rebursing. Ptsd they trigger me . They get mad because I can read my info. I always do online apt with md . Cause they lack of service and quality
I cut myself real bad out in the woods I had like a 45 minute walk back to my car then I was going to go to the emergency room but I wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover it so I called this number and after going through the automated system they then ask you the same questions all over again and the first lady hung up on me because she said she couldn’t hear me that I had to keep it down and I told her I’m out in the woods walking back to my car I can’t keep it quiet I’m cut badly and trying to find out if my insurance covers the emergency room so she hangs up on me. I call back again wait for about 20 minutes and get Mariah on the phone she complains that she can’t hear me I explained to her that I’m bleeding badly I need to know if my insurance covers me to go to the ER room and she hangs up on me also. I finally had to call him Medicare and it was a very simple thing for them to do I asked them they looked me up and said yes you were covered to go get there as quick as you can do you need me to call you an ambulance? That was the kind of service I was looking for but that was through Medicare phone number not this place. This place is just rude people and they don’t care if you’re bleeding to death or not.
For the past five or six years I’ve had UHC the marketplace as my insurance in October when they transferred all this to Gainwell. The person that put the data entry and wasn’t paying attention and put that I had a different primary provider by the name of Caremark. Since November apparently they’ve been doing it over right and putting my prescriptions through today on my substance medicine and my ADHD medicine I was told there would be no override I had spent eight hours on the telephone advising I had only UHC they could not get this resolved with Wallgreens even though they confirmed that no claim has ever been made to Caremark. I had no clue this was going on behind the scenes until today when I went to go get my medicine that cost over $1000 prescription I cannot get anywhere and I can’t get anybody to help me it gets passed around to different representatives and nothing is getting done Wallgreens as well was on the phone with them all day pertaining to my case. Gainwell States that Wallgreens needs to enter a claim I’m not sure how they will since I don’t have any information let it reject and then bill Gainwell I guess you get what you pay for when you have anybody just do data entry and not pay attention to what they’re doing this is really causing me hardship. You literally spend all day on the phone getting bounced around I’m looking for a job I have medical background I know they’re doing things incorrectly and it’s just downright laziness shame on the state of Ohio for picking such a poor company I wonder if it saved him a couple dollars thanks Governor
Gainwell running pharmacy services into the ground. Wait on hold for over an hour each time and still don’t get an answer. Leave a message, no response. Disgusting.
The level of incompetence is astonishing, to be honest. I’m not sure how they managed to change mother’s birthday wrong after she has been disabled for 2 years. I am constantly calling because they refuse to communicate with the services my Mom needs. Hold times never under 30 mins. I’d love to use the online portal but no one can tell me why I am unable to access it.
Called them to discontinue my Medicaid insurance once I was able to obtain insurance through my employer. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful, and the process was very quick and easy. My only quibble would be that the phone number I found for them initially was the hotline number, and was told to call another number to actually cancel my insurance, which I was given. It would have been nice to have found that number from the get-go when I looked it up, but it wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. When I called the correct number, all of the call center employees were busy, so I was able to leave a call back number without losing my place in line. They returned my call in less than an hour, and the whole thing took just a few minutes.

E.E. Ward pays attention to every detail, from sales, coordinator, and moving crew. The moving crew were fast, polite and efficient.
There’s a reason that you’re seeing so many 5 star reviews. Its that EE Ward and its staff are simply that good, and a great value to boot. The estimator was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and stay connected throughout. But the guys that came to my house were simply the best. The were professional, efficient, knew exactly what needed to happen with large, antique pieces of furniture as well as my more modern designs, my Tempurpedic bed for example. Most of all, I like being around people who enjoy one another as they work as a team. You can’t do better than EE Ward.
Our moving crew from EE Ward was comprised of William (Driver), Rob, Lee and Carl and they were excellent! They were respectful of our property, patient as we determined where to place our household goods at our destination, careful with the walls, doorways, and ceilings and most of all, with our furnishings. They worked as a team and were EXTREMELY efficient in wrapping, loading, unwrapping and placing each item. We had absolutely no damage at our destination. I recommend EE Ward, and this particular team, without any hesitation.
This was our 7th move in 28 years and the most stress free and positive experience by far. We interviewed 3 companies and EE Ward had an excellent reputation. From our move consultation, to the move coordination, packing, loading, third parties and delivery…it all was seamless. The driver and his entire team were very careful, professional and courteous. They delivered on the day they said they would and all things were placed and reassembled as requested. All boxes have now been unpacked and everything arrived with no breakage or damage. ( That has never happened before!) Thank you to Shanna, Amber, Gino and his crew for a positive and stress free move from Ohio to Tennessee!
Everyone involved with our move was pleasant, respectful, and careful with us as homeowners and with our belongings.We shipped 2 vehicles separately which was pretty stressful but the ee ward people were very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. I have already recommended this company to friends moving later this year!
My company arranged the moving for me on January, it’s a great experience. I thought I would have lots of stuff to be moved, but they organized that efficiently within 3 hours, just using 10 boxes.

5 stars without the slightest of a doubt. The staff goes so far above and beyond I literally did not want to leave. The therapists there that do physical, occupational, and speech are also so good at what they do. I was terrified of PT and now I can’t get enough of it. The doctors are as smart if not smarter than any other doctor I’ve spoke to in my life. You have a great comfortable setting in your room and they do a great job of not disturbing, but also making sure you’re getting your meds on time. I literally want to change occupations and work here. Fabulous facility. Oh, and the food is pretty incredible too!

I liked it a lot here, great food selection, don’t be afraid to add on what you want and your preferences. The staff is super friendly, but I’m friendly so that helps. My Occupational therapists were top notch, Chris Fox is amazing as is the others I encountered. I didn’t even know what an Occupational therapist was until I came here. I’m here with multiple broken bones, ribs, pelvis, collarbone, etc., very painful. The Physical therapists are very devoted to your advancement, get ready to make progress, they will ensure it, there is no easy road to recovery around here. When it comes to the Therapies one learns that there is no easy road, just the hard road and the “take forever” road. These therapists teach you the language of healing the best way. Using conversation and very proven techniques to help us reach our goals. My goal was to GET OUT OF HERE! I am leaving in 2 days, and I’ll tell you I have a long way to go after this but I feel like they helped me to understand the road ahead of me by helping me to get started in the right way with the right mindset. Kasi is a taskmaster in Physical Therapy but with a wide array of techniques to help reach the goal. Christine brings some alternative techniques to the game when you need it. Natalie is very well rounded with her experience so she can help with helping you look at things differently, the proper way. The list of therapists I’d like to say “thank you” to goes deep, and I need a nap. So, I’ll just wrap it up with saying that if for some reason I ever need this kind of help again I hope this team is still here because this is where I want to be.

My stay @ Ohio Health Rehabilitation hospital couldn’t have been better. The kindness, and patience I was shown encouraged me to work really hard at my recovery. I feel like my nurse Jody always went out of her way to help me.

Chris, OT Kasi, PT, Jonathan RN and Janet have made my stay enjoyable. I was very apprehensive about coming to the facility but they eased my mind. With Chris and Kasi helping me I feel I will be able to go back home and take care of myself. Jonathan has been very kind when dealing with my antibiotics and put me at ease when it came to needles. Janet always walks in my room with a smile on her face. The time at the facility is going by fast thanks to the staff
What a positive, caring, attentive staff to help my husband recover after a heart attack. Everyone was so helpful and ready to motivate him to get stronger. They encouraged us to ask questions so we understood his progression. They genuinely worked very hard to assure that he accomplished what he needed to so we could go home. Very positive experience and would highly recommend this facility for rehab.
