We will address your needs and concerns and review the basics, including care requirements, location & budget then we’ll gather the specifics like lifestyle & interests. The more you provide, the more we know, the better the fit!

Gather Care Options

We will review your assessment & create a “next steps” roadmap inclusive of the best suited Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care options to address you or your loved one’s immediate & long-term needs.

Coordinating Community Tours

We attend community tours with you, coordinate visits based on your preferences, needs and feedback. Share unbiased insights & recommendations to help ensure your concerns are addressed, so you are able to make the right choice the FIRST time. We will be there with you throughout the entire process – saving you time and frustration while tapping into our professional experience, knowledge, advocacy and trusted resources! NO COST TO YOU or YOUR FAMILY!

Disclosure: We ask that you do not reach out to communities on your own if you are seeking our professional guidance, this includes providing your contact information online when searching communities. It could lead to Illuminate not being able to represent you due to communities already having you in their database. We offer a FREE Valued Service, boutique concierges approach and are only compensated by communities when they know we are representing you when you first reach out.
