Fatima does it well with her staff and clients. We have had B who is wonderful with our mom and developed a relationship with her that is always kind and courteous. We have an aid come weekly to help my father with a shower and some light housekeeping. Today the aid was Jimmy Cline. He was very personable and kind. He chatted with dad and made him feel very comfortable. He was very efficient with the cleaning. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Fatema and Jena are gems! They have both been great at communicating with our staff. They’ve been able to help one of our residents in assisted living with just a couple hours notice, twice! The caregivers were amazing and patient with our resident, and communicated great with our care team. I highly recommend!
