If you’ve ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or exhausted while caring for an aging loved one, this is for you.
I’m incredibly honored (and still a little in awe) to share that I’m a contributing author in Caregiver’s Advocate Vol. 2, debuting on Amazon on August 19th. This is the second volume in a bestselling series created to support, uplift, and empower caregivers worldwide.
But this book isn’t just a list of tips or a collection of stories.
It’s a lifeline.
It’s raw. It’s real. It’s written by professionals and advocates who’ve walked alongside families through the most challenging, heartbreaking, and beautiful moments of aging and caregiving, including me.
Why I Said Yes to This Project
When I was invited to contribute, I didn’t hesitate. Why? Because I know, from personal experience and my work with families, how incredibly isolating caregiving can be.
How hard it is to find answers, let alone support.
How often do caregivers put themselves last?
I shared tools that I know work. And truths that are hard to say out loud.
So I wrote from the heart. About what it means to show up every day for someone who may not remember your name, or who relies on you entirely, or who once took care of you.
This Is Bigger Than Me
This collaboration comprises of voices that understand, leaders in the senior care industry who share my conviction that caregivers deserve better support.
It was led by the incredible Debbie Compton, published by Laura DiFranco and her team at Brave Healer Productions, and I’m deeply grateful to stand among them.
Coming August 19th on Amazon.
Please stay tuned — I’ll be sharing the official purchase link soon.
Until then, know this:
If you’re a caregiver, you are not alone.
And this book is for you.
With love,
Missy Krugh
