I recently moved my mother to Arbors at Carroll. I was impressed by how nice, helpful and professional everyone was. Very clean. My mother is getting better care. I feel I do not have to worry about her daily.
Love this place! They treat my mother in law very good. They go above and beyond for her.
I had an interview with Mrs.Chrystal, she is such a delight I enjoyed the tour and the conversation. The facility was great and the staff was friendly.
If you live far from this facility and want to keep in contact with your loved one…GOOD LUCK. I call every time and it takes about 10 calls of being disconnected before they can actually get you to the patients room. I can’t sit on the phone all day waiting for them to figure out how to transfer calls to people. I’m not exaggerating that every single time I have called (10+ times) this is an issue.
I lost the pic of my sister. She could see me. We continued since l could hear her even though l couldn’t see her. Inconvenient.
I arrived to pick up my daughter to go to dinner. I am 90 years of age. I called my daughter to let her know I had arrived. She said a person who worked there was coming out to have me sign the sign out book so I wouldn’t have to come in. I appreciated it so very much!
I can almost guarantee that all these reviews were done by the owners of the building or the higher ups that work here. This place is disgusting, dirty, and they treat every resident horrible with no respect, no honor and no dignity. Please if your loved ones are here, get them out!

Holds a special place in my heart, my sister has lived there for the last 4 years. They have a very tinder nickname for her, “Jer-bear”. I sincerely want to think the staff and residents for creating another family that she calls her own.Secondly my husband was placed there after his stroke, it certainly made it convenient for me to have both of them in the same nursing home.
Everyone at this facility was very nice. My brother looked better than I had seen him in awhile! Kudos to ur staff
They made sure he was safe when he had to use the rest room, they had mats for the floor because he had fallen out of the bed.
This was my first time going to the Arbors. Every staff I encountered was friendly and asked if anything was needed. The facility was clean and did not have any odor when I entered. Very Pleased !
My daughter spent a respite weekend. She enjoys going there. The staff is very attentive to her needs. They are also very knowledgeable courteous, and respectful. Shoutout to “Johnny” who attended to a trac issue ! They all have done a great job ! Thank you .

Everything was great. My brother in law was well taken care of. The staff seems to care for the residents. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My aunt is currently a resident, and the care she is receiving is excellent. She has dementia and requires a great deal of patience and time. I have witnessed, at multiple times, many staff members assisting her and reassuring her when she is sometimes at her most difficult. Her therapies are excellent. And I don’t know that I can say enough about the nursing staff. It has been a very difficult time that has been made comforting due to the care that has been given from these amazing staff members.
I have been recently employed with Arbors at Carroll. The staff has been very welcoming. I have watched the staff with the residents and they have caring hearts. They want to help the residents to achieve their goals. They comfort those residents and their loved ones who need a hug, an ear to listen, to hold their hand in a time of need and some who will pray with them. I have been blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with this company.
I worked at Arbors as a housekeeper for over a year. I enjoyed it very much. Arbors is a great place to work. My aunt was a resident there. She received awesome care. The facilities were clean and the residents felt like they were family to the staff. Everyone treated each other with respect and dignity among staff, residents, and family members. Keep up the great work. You are awesome.
