Wow! What a difference a family owned business makes. Mike and Lynne and the entire team couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed to purchase a hospital bed for my mother and didn’t know where to start. Lynne walked me through my options and the Medicare reimbursement options available to us. I took my mom over to try out various mattresses. Lynne was so kind and helpful and answered all my mom’s questions.Delivery was super smooth … and delivered also delivered by family members. A huge thank you to R & J Medical. In a world where customer service has gone to AI and phone trees… you have set the high bar!

Found we needed an electric lift chair (urgently) for my mom post back surgery. Lynn called me back on a Sunday, provided exceptional help and by Monday 9:30am we had 2 chairs delivered for my mom. Ryan and his dad Mike were so helpful in showing my mom the chairs and how they worked. It was a feeling of actually getting true help at a time when our heads were spinning. Impressive family. Impressive business. They are kind, responsive, patient and above all else, provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend them! Thank You!
We found ourselves needing a hospital bed unexpectedly at 10:00 this morning. This company went out of their way make sure it was in my dad’s home and set up by the time he was released from the hospital at 2:00. Just an amazing compassionate company. Thank you!!!!
Very informative when I called and was able to get me scheduled for a bed the following week. When they showed up for delivery I had a work call to be on at the same time. They even waited for my call to be over to show me how to work the bed. VERY friendly and awesome customer experience!
If I could leave 10 stars I would. Had back surgery and needed a lift chair ASAP. Mike brought the chair within a few hours and absolutely saved my recovery. I would not have been able to recover as well without their help. Thank you a million times!!!
I had an urgent need for a hospital bed for my mom. They didn’t spare any time making sure they could have one delivered to her home within an hour. Everyone is friendly and very willing to help where needed. I highly recommend them.
Mike and Ryan were so friendly and professional. I rented a full electric bed for a family member who had surgery. The bed was very comfortable and high quality. The low cost of renting the bed for an entire month, along with the excellent customer service provided, helped make my first experience renting medical equipment a very positive one. I would definitely recommend R and J Medical Services for any medical equipment needs.
We called at the last minute to order a hospital bed for my husband since he was being released from the hospital after neck and spine surgery. They were very kind, and brought the bed the next morning. Definitely, will spread the word on this family business.
Thank goodness for these great people! Needed a lift chair and it was brought to me same day. The chair was excellent quality. You can rent by week or month. I needed it for a broken arm and I suggest one go ahead and get the month because you really can only guess how long it will take you to heal or get to a point you do not need it. The employees were clean. friendly, respectful and very prompt. The price is reasonable and they deliver which is amazing.
Great family-owned medical services business with very competitive prices too! They really stand for great customer service. Went there to see about a Golden lift chair because they had by far the best selection in town – 5 or 6 chairs physically there to try out (most other places have maybe one or none at all). Lynne was very helpful getting me set up with a properly sized chair – it really does make a big difference – and then we ordered the chair. Within a few days, it was in and Ryan and Mike came out to provide first-class delivery service and to make sure that everything was working properly. You can’t get that kind of service ordering a chair off the internet! They also service the chair as well, so great service all around! I was very pleased with the competitive price which just added to the fantastic overall experience! They really care about their customers and certainly won us over, Check them out and I’m confident you’ll be a very satisfied customer as well!
