The person they have answering incoming requests is very rude. Felt like I was calling to talk to the CEO of a major company and her job was to find any excuse to deny me talking to a lawyer. Would not listen, made assumptions halfway through my first sentence and then just kept talking over me until I gave up and hung up. Very unpleasant business impression and one I’m just not willing to fight through to maybe get help.
Jackie and his team have been a tremendous help with my parents. I am the POA and have been working over the past year getting my parents financials and Independent Living arranged.
