I’ve worked here for three days at storypoint nursing home well at the facility night three they lied to my boss I was sleeping in the patients room chair with my blanket and pillow not to mention 15$ an hour every two weeks I did it because I love people but to have someone lie on you I quit before they fired me knowing they at story point lied on me and Synergy believed them over me I was hired by Karen but Dawn took charge I guess I wasn’t allowed to speak to the actual hiring boss long story short don’t waist your time
Absolutely fantastic. Working with Ron was easy and we got a wonderful caregiver. She was on time, very professional, and helpful to my wife (a Parkinson’s patient). I am give Ron’s team the highest possible ratings for their service.
We only needed Synergy for a short period of time as we had Hospice involved as well, but in that time, we were matched with a wonderful aide who instantly felt like family. My Dad was always independent and having someone in the home to care for him a few hours a week was an adjustment for him. Ya’a was wonderful with him, and he couldn’t help but warm up to her. She was compassionate and a comfort to us all. She was prompt and efficient with her time.From the admissions team to Ron, the owner, we were well taken care of.
