In all my interactions with Arrow, they were very courteous, honest, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Be wary of this company who sent a service technician who knew nothing about our elevator which was fine until he broke it. Unfortunately this occurred when I had them out to set up an annual service plan. Per our son’s nurse, he didn’t know what he was doing and was on the phone with support the entire time he was here. Now my son has been stuck February 9, for over 2 months and will be stuck for at least another month and a half until a supplier who knows what they are doing can replace the elevator. I contacted the owners of this organization and the response was “they would look into it” and then they disappeared- Amen! If I could, I would choose 0 stars….

To say we are disappointed with our Stannah stair lift from Arrow Lift in Columbus, Ohio, would be an understatement. After speaking with their salesman, Matt, he convinced me to purchase a previously-owned unit. It saved us about $1,000. I deeply regret listening to him and believing his pitch. While installation went well, the unit began to have immediate issues. In about one year’s time, the unit has malfunctioned more times than we can count. The slick salesman suggested we unplug it. We did this routinely. This worked occasionally. But then it would always quit working. Technicians came and went. They cleaned the rail, replaced a chip, and tinkered with it repeatedly. They had the audacity to ask us to purchase an extended warranty. We suggested this was a lemon, but they never acknowledged our concern. We have no choice but to continue to call them monthly to fix this unit. I’m certain that we will have to spend even more money on an extended warranty.I guess I’m old school… if something this expensive doesn’t work, a company like Arrow Lift should have the integrity to replace it. So now we are out thousands of dollars, and we are unable to get our 80 year old nana up and down the stairs safely. I would hope that Arrow Lift would care just as much about her safety as they do their profits.

I didn’t know who to call for this service. We were moving into a new house with stairs and needed to coordinate the installation with the closing on the house. The installation person was there to meet me at the new house and was able to have the install done, quick and easy. We moved into the house the next day!! We’ve been using the stairlift for over 2 years now. I purchase the yearly maintenance contract but we haven’t had any issues at all. The company comes out for a checkup every year to make sure that everything is clean and functioning properly. Very courteous staff always!!

I had an Arrow Lift installed for my husband in August. There were a few problems with installation– when I called I never got an answering machine someone always answered and sent someone right out to take care of the problem. Thanks to Matt in sales, Mike in service and Atril in installation. You have a great team of people–Thank you and Merry Christmas–Warren and Rita Weaver
