This place is so unprofessional!! They literally shared my medical records with the receptionist staff. Everyone in the practice knew about my medical situation and they discuss you behind your back. I heard them when they were not aware that I hadn’t left yet. So very disappointing and unprofessional. I have been going here for years and the staff is not what they use to be. They are not even pleasant or nice. They don’t follow up with medication refill request. They don’t call you back in a timely manner and on several occasions they have been very rude, especially office manager Missy. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here. In addition, There is no collaboration happening with this staff regarding your medical care if you try to speak up for your own medical care, they will discharge you from the practice. So if you decide to go here please know that you can’t say anything about anything they are doing or not doing because they will just dismiss you. So sad that this office has changed so much over the years. I use to enjoy seeing Dr. Megan Bosson and felt that she truly cared about me. After she left from seeing people in the office and only does telehealth, things around the office changed for the worst. I was told to see another Doctor in the office and when I asked Dr. Sara Sargent if I could go back to see Dr. Megan Bosson who I had been seeing for 9 years, she said sure and then left from office and discharged me from the practice. I have asked to speak with my doctor Megan Bosson and she has not been given the messages from the staff. they won’t allow me to speak with my doctor. So crazy right !!! So disappointing that there is no quality care here anymore. I feel mistreated and I would Not recommend this practice to anyone

This place has put themselves on the front line of Covid 19. Something most doctors offices won’t do. This is a place that cares about people.
